If you’re a new patient, a short new patient registration form is completed and then you can relax in our waiting room. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, if there’s time, before one of our dental nurses will call you through to meet your dentist or dental hygienist. We usually run on time, so please be sure that you arrive with plenty of time before your appointment so that nothing is rushed.

We want to make your experience is as pleasant as possible so we allocate plenty of time for your appointment. Our dentists and staff love to have a chat so be sure that you tell them everything that they need to know to ensure that you receive the very best of service. We want to know about your issues and concerns. We want to know what your goals are. Do you want to improve your smile? Can you chew your food? Are you in pain? At your initial visit and then at each periodic visit, we do a thorough check up of your teeth, gums and all over the mouth and face. We will then discuss our findings and any treatment options which are available for you.
