The All-On -4 dental implant system is a universally accepted protocol for providing a fixed bridge of teeth to replace the full upper jaw and/or lower jaw of teeth supported by 4 dental implants. We say 4 implants, but there are situation where 4 implants is not enough and 1 or 2 extra implant fixtures are required.

The dental implant treatment team at Brunswick Family Dental services at Coburg Dental Group is led by Dr Jeffrey Kestenberg who has a Master’s Degree in Prosthodontics and has been restoring dental implants since 1983 when implant dentistry was first introduced in Australia. The team also includes Dr Claudia Beltran who previously worked in an exclusive All-On-4 clinic following the Malo protocol.

There are some situations which are complex and will require referral to a specialist oral surgeon to achieve the best results for our patients.

Our expertise is complemented by our state-of-the art cone beam computerized tomography and orthopantomography x-ray equipment, the Dentsply Cerec and Omnican 3D milling and scanning system to enable us to provide you with teeth on the same day that the implants are placed.

We only use the best of implant systems and we are fully equipped to provide implants using Straumann, NobelBiocare, As tra or Biomet3i implant technology.  We will advise you and provide the system which is best suited to your needs.

There is considerable planning which is required before All-On-4 treatment is undertaken. Once we have determined that your teeth are not reparable, broken down or severely affected by gum disease, we take the appropriate x-rays to assess the roots of your teeth and study the quality, quantity and shape of your jaw bones. A 3-D scan of your teeth is also used to plan the end result treatment.
